🎟 TICKETS AND ACCOMMODATION
WHAT DOES A TICKET INCLUDE?
Each ticket includes access to all the ADE events of CrossTown for 3 days and you will have the accommodation of 3 nights including all inclusive food and drinks every day during your stay at The Unbound. Also included in the ticket are masterclasses, healing and spiritual sessions, yoga, recovery and wellness activities.
SO WHAT DO I HAVE TO PAY ON TOP OF THE TICKET?
The ticket prices do not include premium drinks, you can buy them on The Unbound using your room number or card.
CAN I BUY A SINGLE TICKET?
Yes. Single day tickets can be purchased individually. You can buy one, two or three day tickets. Other types of accommodation are only available per couple or full room.
IS IT MANDATORY TO PRE-REGISTER ALL CUSTOMERS AND THEREFORE ALL TICKETS THAT YOU HAVE BEEN ABLE TO BUY THROUGH A SINGLE PERSON?
Yes. All tickets will be non-transferable, so it is essential that each person fills in all the necessary fields to make the correct check-in.
ONCE I HAVE BOUGHT THE TICKETS, CAN I CHANGE THE NAME OF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE GOING TO GO?
Yes, it is very simple and fast, you can enter your account at any time and change the data of the people who will come with you. Approximately 14 days before the event you will receive an email to put all the final details of the people who are going to come. (Remember that all tickets will be nominal and non-transferable from that moment on).
CAN I BUY ACCOMMODATION FOR JUST ONE DAY?
No. All packages are for the full set of CrossTown experience dates only. From October 21 to 24.
CAN I GET TO THE UNBOUND ON THE 20TH?
No. CrossTown will take place on the 21st to the 24st of October (from 12 P.M on the 21st).
CAN I LEAVE THE UNBOUND?
Yes. you can leave the Unbound but will be checked by security when you reenter to identify if you’re a part of CrossTown.
CAN I WITHDRAW MONEY AT THE UNBOUND?
No, you can not withdraw money at the Unbound. Seeing that CrossTown is an all inclusive event, you will not need to spend money as everything is paid for upfront. In case you wish to purchase items or additional premium drinks, this can be done at the bar by card.
WHAT IS THE TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE?
Starting at 291 EUR per person per day, you’ll find a wide range of accommodation options, including luxury cabins and suite options. Facilities include air conditioning, electricity, USB charger , coffee and tea facilities, Coco-Mat mattress, private balconies and each has its own unique experience.
WHAT IF I AM HUNGRY OR THIRSTY OUTSIDE OF MEAL HOURS?
You will have bars available all the time where you can get food, snacks and drinks outside of normal breakfast, lunch and dinner hours.
IS IT WORTH THE MONEY?
The benefits of all-inclusive is that you don’t need to worry from Friday when you check in until Monday when you check out what you will spend for food, drinks, entrance, masterclasses, massages, sauna and so much more. It’s probably the most value for money event during ADE! We can guarantee your 3 day weekender will be one to remember and one you will wish to visit again and again for the years to come. ✈️ TRAVEL
IS THE FLIGHT TO AMSTERDAM INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
No, the flight is not included in the price. This is the first thing you should buy when you have your ticket. When you land in Amsterdam, you can take a train to Amsterdam Sloterdijk and then take a taxi from there. You can also directly take a taxi or taxi bus from the airport. If you wish to have a taxi service set up for you, we are more than happy to do this for you. Please send us an email to info@cross-town.nl
CAN I GO DIRECTLY BY CAR OR PRIVATE TAXI TO THE UNBOUND WITHOUT TAKING A BUS?
Yes, there will be visitors who will come by taxi or their own cars directly to the Unbound,. There is also limited private parking available at the location.
IS IT MANDATORY TO LEAVE THE UNBOUND ON THE 24TH?
No, it’s not mandatory to leave the Unbound on the 24th of October but CrossTown ADE will end at 12:00 on October 24th. If you wish to stay longer, you can do this by asking the reception at Unbound.
WHEN DO WE HAVE TO LEAVE OUR ACCOMMODATION ON THE 24TH?
Check-out will take place at the latest on the 24th at 12:00 noon. At 11:00 A.M all customers will be notified and stores will be reviewed before checking out.

ARE THERE OTHER ACTIVITIES BESIDES MUSIC?
Yes. If you want to relax, take it easy, you will have plenty of time and options. Incredible masterclasses, activities, sauna and much more! Check our Body & Soul Program. You can also explore the area outside the Unbound with its beautiful nature and surroundings.
WHAT WILL I HAVE TO DO TO BE ABLE TO DRINK & EAT AT THE UNBOUND?
CrossTown ADE is an all-inclusive 3 day weekend event. You can eat and drink whenever you want during the whole three days.
IS THERE MORE THAN ONE MUSIC STAGE?
Yes, of course we have prepared different scenarios and activities throughout the Unbound, with the intention of offering a super fun and entertaining experience.
CAN I EAT AT THE BUFFET AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY?
No. The buffet opening times are 8 am to 10 pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner. After that time, we’ll have snacks for people who would like to have an extra meal.
CAN I BRING FOOD TO THE UNBOUND?
Yes, but remember that we have an all inclusive weekend which is already paid for.
CAN I COOK ON THE UNBOUND?
Yes. Each room has a kitchenette where you can cook in case you want to eat your own food.
CAN I DO PRIVATE DINING WITH FRIENDS?
Yes, but you will have to make a reservation in advance once you arrive at the Unbound and this is not included in the ticket price. For private dinning options, please let us know through premium@cross-town.nl
CAN I BRING ALCOHOL TO THE UNBOUND?
Yes. Each person can bring 2 bottles of alcohol to the Unbound. Please note that there will be enough drinks throughout the weekend so don’t worry, we have you covered.
CAN I ENTER THE UNBOUND WITH MY DOG?
No. Dogs are not allowed.
CAN I SMOKE INSIDE THE LOCATIONS?
No. Avoid smoking inside and always make sure that the cigarette butts are extinguished and avoid throwing them on the location! Use containers for them.
CAN I MAKE A FIRE ON THE UNBOUND?
No. It is totally prohibited. This would mean the immediate expulsion from the location.
CAN I COME WITH SOMEONE UNDER AGE?
No. It is an experience exclusively for adults.
DOES MY ROOM HAVE ITS OWN TOILETS, SHOWER, WI-FI, ELECTRICITY, ETC?
All rooms have high end service, check the rooms you have bought and see the specifications of each type of room. More info also at our page Accommodation & Tickets
IF I WANT A PERSONALIZED OR HIGHER-END VIP EXPERIENCE, IS IT POSSIBLE?
Yes, count on it. You can make all your dreams come true, private dining in restaurant, private catering to the rooms, premium bottle service, exclusive VIP transfer from the airport to CrossTown. Write an email to premium@cross-town.nl to speak directly with our team.
CAN I SWIM AT NIGHT?
No. We do not recommend swimming outside the hours of our activities during the day. It is better to avoid bathing when there is no lifeguard surveillance.
CAN I VISIT AROUND THE UNBOUND?
Yes, you can stroll around and get to know the polder of Amsterdam, both day and night. You will however be checked when you come back, so don’t forget to take your ID with you at all times.
IF THE ROOM HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING YOUR STAY…
Notify the Unbound staff automatically. Any damage suffered by the rooms will be charged to the customers.
MAY I KNOW THE RULES OF CROSSTOWN, WHAT IS ALLOWED AND WHAT IS NOT?
Yes. We will give you all the information a few days before arriving at the Unbound. Above all, respect the environment and take care of each other … always remember that the show can go on only if we do it together! Let’s make this the most unique experience during ADE!
IS THIS ONE OF THE BEST EVENTS DURING ADE?
We don’t know if we’re the best but we’re probably the most worth it as a total package. We are confident to say that you will not find a similar event during ADE and also not the one that last for 3 days and nights. So come to the other side of town, come to CrossTown
